one of my
favorite things to do is cook. when I was little I thought I was going to grow up and be a chef. (I was also pretty positive I was going to to be President though.) I really like making up recipes and as I was watching one of my favorite cooking shows,
Barefoot Contessa, I was inspired to go 'back to the basics'. This recipe was a direct result of that inspiration and wanting to be like
Ina Garten.
2 cups of whole wheat, gluten free rotini- al dente
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
cherry tomatos- sautee
garnish with grated parmesan cheese, basil, sea salt and black pepper
Very simple recipe but so good and really healthy!
Happy weekend, my friends!
